Default Slats Rodgers--Old Soggy No.1

Hi all,
Anyone know much about this guy? He was the first licensed pilot in Texas and
also the first to have his license revoked. He also pioneered Crop dusting and
was infamous for his bootlegging tactics across the border in the Rio Grande
Valley of Texas. I believe his plane was a home-made Curtiss-Pusher-type.

Very exciting and interesting book (1950, "Slats Rodgers: Old Soggy No.1"). If
you find a first edition, I believe it's running for $700 right now.
