Default Excellent turnaround from Williams on the Powerflarm Portable Upgrade

Last week I got a notice from Noelle at Williams Soaring that she had an RMA# for my portable units. She sent me a prepaid label and all I had to do was bubble wrap the units, put them in a box and give them to the post office.

I have received both units back already within a week of shipping them. I'm really hoping that the range improvement comes through. Maybe I'll be able to test that this weekend.

In any event, they seem to be very serious about making the upgrade as painless as possible and I think the time that Williams Soaring and Powerflarm put into the overall process was worth the wait if it goes this smoothly for everyone.

In fairness, I am only about 1-2 days shipping time from Williams via USPS, but the overall process is really smooth.
