John Lubon Downwind Dash
Flight in progress, see SSA Sailplane tracker or SPOT link. This came through my email earlier today. Looks like good cu field over the rest of the route now and should be picking up more of a tailwind as he gets into PA. My untrained eye on the satellite sees wave potential from the PA ridges too. Go Man Go!
John Lubon departed from Alexandria, Indiana, at 12:22 pm with the declared goal of flying to Bedford, PA. At this point he is just passing Springfield, OH. Dan Reagan is driving the retrieve vehicle and providing support.
