UAV's again.

Not to reignite the argument that flared last month about
UAV's in the National airspace, but Avweb is today
reporting deployment around Tucson of the Hermes 450.

This UAV operates *up to* 18000', which places it
in the airspace shared with VFR traffic. (Defenders of
this deployment earlier claimed that it would be in
class A above 18000', and not therefore an issue).
