How are things with General Aviation in Russia nowadays? I heard there are

It looks like the altimeter is indicating slightly below zero -- what? --
meters?. I thought Moscow was around 200 meters. Did they set it to zero on the ground, perhaps? "HECTOP" wrote in message ... Yes, they set it to zero on the ground (QFE), just like everywhere else in Europe. And also don't forget that aneroid altimeters have a certain margin of error, especially when it's cold or warm.
