Questions on rules that changed this year (2016) in US Soaring
All,
I've been reviewing the rule changes and have a couple questions: It looks like the Club class is now restricted to 15M ships (with a handicap between .089 and 1.020) The handicap list on the SSA site currently shows a number of ships with greater than 15M spans. So can we fly in Club Class with a 17M ship? Which brings up the second question, the rule change summary says a new Appendix D will have the handicaps (previously available by waiver), but the 2016 rules PDF file has no Appendix D! Does anyone know where to find the new handicaps? MB
