Cheap gap tape.
Not as good as the more expensive tape
but works well if you assemble and
dis-assemble daily.

White (slightly off white), approximately
1 inch wide. Standard size small role.

$40 for 40 post paid in the US.

How thick is it?
How long is it?
How does it do with compound curves?
How does it do with extremes of temp? (Say, 40*F to 110*F?)

I have my own source of an "Expensive, readily available 'white' tape that conforms to compound curves in many temps", but not trying to kill any of your sales.

[PS, I think you mean "roll" not "role"]

I have used this stuff and it does a good job, goes around compound curves and handles cold OK. It does have one big problem though..........it should be used one day only! If you leave it on for 3 days, it turns into a gooey mess! We used it on our ASH-25 which took something like a half roll per pop. If you put your ship back in the box each night, it's the way to go. Save the $9 per roll stuff for the contest flying. Can't beat the price,
JJ

JJ is spot on. I use the stuff on my Ka-6 which ears tape at prodigious
rates. Good tape, but don't leave it in for extended periods.

Edit..... I meant to say, "Inexpensive", not "expensive". Sigh, such is this group, you can't edit a post once it's sent.

Some questions answered (can it do compound curves "yes" & how does it do in temp extremes "fine, don't leave it on long term"), thanks for the replies.

Still waiting on the rest of the info (roll length, thickness).

PS, I believe vontresc meant "eats" not "ears"...... LOL...... [same edit comment].

Off topic, but following the spelling anomaly thread:

The inventor of Spell-check passed away recently.
May he resist in pieces.
