![]() Cheap gap tape. Not as good as the more expensive tape but works well if you assemble and dis-assemble daily. White (slightly off white), approximately 1 inch wide. Standard size small role. $40 for 40 post paid in the US. TJ ( thojohnson at hot mail dot com) |

How does it do with extremes of temp? (Say, 40*F to 110*F?) I have my own source of an "Expensive, readily available 'white' tape that conforms to compound curves in many temps", but not trying to kill any of your sales. [PS, I think you mean "roll" not "role"] |

I have used this stuff and it does a good job, goes around compound curves and handles cold OK. It does have one big problem though..........it should be used one day only! If you leave it on for 3 days, it turns into a gooey mess! We used it on our ASH-25 which took something like a half roll per pop. If you put your ship back in the box each night, it's the way to go. Save the $9 per roll stuff for the contest flying. Can't beat the price,

Good tape, but don't leave it in for extended periods. Peter |

[PS, I think you mean "roll" not "role"] Edit..... I meant to say, "Inexpensive", not "expensive". Sigh, such is this group, you can't edit a post once it's sent. Some questions answered (can it do compound curves "yes" & how does it do in temp extremes "fine, don't leave it on long term"), thanks for the replies. Still waiting on the rest of the info (roll length, thickness). PS, I believe vontresc meant "eats" not "ears"...... LOL...... [same edit comment]. |

Off topic, but following the spelling anomaly thread:
The inventor of Spell-check passed away recently. May he resist in pieces. |
