In the past three days, when I log in, I'm directed to a page which
says, "Es wurde festgestellt dass Deine E-Mail Adresse falsch ist.Bitte klicke hier um Deine Daten zu aktualisieren." https://www.onlinecontest.org/olc-2.0/secure/memberadmin.html Clicking the link takes me to a page to update my personal information which I've done. But when I try to upload a flight, it takes me back to the same link. My workaround has been to not log in and then do a direct claim, which asks for my username and password and then uploads the flight. What has changed? - Dan, 5J |

It doesn't like your e-mail address. If it is correct, change it to something, then change it back. That is the Microsoft way!

Nope. It thanked me nicely, but behaved the same way. Any other
suggestions? On 4/21/2016 9:04 AM, Steve Leonard wrote: It doesn't like your e-mail address. If it is correct, change it to something, then change it back. That is the Microsoft way! -- Dan, 5J |

Just as soon as they give me the option of changing the units to knots
and feet like they do at Skylines.aero... On 4/21/2016 11:56 AM, Steve Leonard wrote: On Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 12:23:52 PM UTC-5, Dan Marotta wrote: Nope. It thanked me nicely, but behaved the same way. Any other suggestions? Send them money and get a Smiley? -- Dan, 5J |

You can click on "Service" and then at the bottom of the page, fill out the support request form. The support guys will be able to help you.

Thanks! I'll give that a try.
Glad I hadn't sent this first. I did as you suggested, selected, "I cannot claim a flight", and this is the instant response from the website: Please ask somebody else with more experience (a competitor with smiley may be able to help you) Now /_THAT's_/ customer service! So I tried again stating that I don't remember my login details. We'll see what comes of that... I would reenter my email address as it prompted me to and nothing happened.. Finally I entered an alternate email address and that solved the problem, at least for now... Have uploaded 2-3 flights via smartphone without issues. |
