Ralph Luebke stopped supplying plans a couple of years ago. Sadly, he passed away March 11th, aged 91.

Would anyone have a copy I might view? Or has someone taken on the
distribution.

I will probably need to build a 15-18m trailer

No apologies needed. Ralph slipped away from us without much notice to the soaring community. His former web site announced he was discontinuing his plans and other items 2-3 years ago. His two designs were for 15m and for 20m (LAK-12), the larger suited also for Kestrel 19 and Jantar 1, 2, and 2B. Shane Neitzey built one for his LAK-12 and used heavier tubing in his frame than the design called for.
