Soaring Cafe
I spoke with Rand Baldwin on Saturday at Chilhowee's Oktoberfest about this.
Rand has been taking care of his parents necessitating travelling and time committment. Bill Elliott has been focused on his business. So, neither of them has had the time to maintain the website.
