Don't forget the XF-107 spinoff. I remember having a 1/72 plastic model of
this one. I wondered if the pilots were nervous about being sucked into the
intake if they had to punch out.

I saw it but but didn't include it as it never got past prototype stage.
According to wiki, only three made and eventually lost out to what would become
the F-105 as the new Air Force tactical fighter.

I would think the whole seat ejected without any worry of getting sucked into
the intake.

And one of them was dumped at the end of the runway overrun at the Orange
County Airport (now John Wayne International) along with a heaps of old
PBYs and other obsolete planes that we could see as we drove by from the
roadway below c.1960.

At least these looked flyable.
