Many, many years ago I went on a gliding course near Kingussie (Scotland). One day when there was a glider using lift from the adjacent ridge a Canberra passed under the glider. Next day I climbed the ridge and found myself looking down on the gliders scooting up and down the ridge in much the same way this photographer was probably higher than the Herc.
