Default cgz area pilot traiing

I work nights in a scottsdale data center live near CGZ, actually I am
about 10 miles due west of hte TFD vor....

work schedule is 6pm to 6am tu-wd-th-fr I have a farm in the maricopa area

anyone know of pilot training i could fit into my schedule on fri sat or
sum and maybe mon ???
