Default Planning My Spring Vacation To Cayman Islands

Hey guys, I am planning my spring vacation would like to go see a few
friends in the Cayman Islands I have life vests, raft, hf radio, hand held
elt, ect. will be a solo mission in my 150 so here is the route I am
planning, of course leaving out the coast to coast trip from KPDX To KFLL,

KFLL
MYBS
MYBC
MYNN
MYER
MYCA
MYSM
MYEG
MYAP
MYMM
MBPV
MDPP
MDPC
MDBH
MTPP
MKJP
MKJS
MWCB
MWCR
Invert To Get Back, but I may fly in to Mexico or something on the way home
unsure.

Any Tips? Suggestions? Problems In Route? Is there anyway to get Permission
to fly in to Cuba? Any info about the quality of fuel along the route? What
about usage fees & taxes ect? What about airplane theft & insurance
requirements? Hard to get info on them areas!
