UPDATE USA CONTEST'S # 711 reporting

In the last 24 hrs. the SSA office has heard from all the Regional
Contest managers except for 2. First, thank you all for helping out,
and a big THANK YOU to the contest managers for contacting Gaynell
at the SSA office. BUT we need HELP with REGION 12, and REGION 4N,
so, if you know of anyone, within these regions, that can contact the
contest managers, we need to get the word to them, that they need to
not only closeout the contest paperwork, but turn in their sanction
fees, and get this done. The contest season is starting, and we need
the seeding list for the up coming season. I thank each and everyone
