Default arplast prop

I am trying to help a widow with a Europa . Her husband before he died of
natural causes sent his Arplast 3 bladed prop off to New Zealand to be
refurbished. It has come back. As they ship it without the blades attached,
I have to do this. Can some one tell me or direct me to a source or manual
for this prop? I need to know torque values for tightening the hub rings.
