Chart question
Did my BFR yesterday and while going over the local sectional, I noticed
something and asked the instructor about it. It was a dashed blank line, labelled 'underground pipeline'. Now I have to ask - why if it is underground, is it on the chart ? What is the possible value of it being there ? BTB
