Well, I went and kicked the tires on the Sundowner.
It is roomy and the two doors are a lot more convienient than the single Piper door. But, to make a long story short, the plane had extensive and recent damage from a landing incident; prop strike, collapsed gear, one wing, fuselage, and tail feathers.
