Questions sellin a plane
Has anyone had this happen? I have a buyer for my plane, he bought the
AOPA's title search to make sure there were no liens and everything . I did the same when I bought the plane. There were no liens.I paid cash so there were no problems. He decided to finance the plane and the bank is saying the two people before me (both financed) their banks have not removed the liens. I talked to the broker who I got it from and he sent me both banks release forms. My question is what is his bank coming up with? Could his bank be making a mistake?
