What resources are available for people with physical handicaps to
become pilots? I remember an article in AOPA PILOT about a blind person flying, that was a few months ago, but what about in general? People that are confined to wheelchairs, etc. Any info or pointers to material on that? thanks, KC |

A few weekas ago, a young woman with no arms (Yes -- she uses her feet for everything) went to lunch with some of our Gaggle. She is learning in an Ercoupe. A friend took her along in his SX-300, which she flew with her feet on the stick!. She is supposed to appear on Oprah some time soon. |
