There is a tuto for psp users the http://gregknapp.net/oobtut/, the same one but static the http://lightningxp.com/OOBtutpsp8/ and for photoshop users, the http://www.logicscape.com/oob_tutorials/ By my side, I don't have exactly the same method, but in general it is only working on a serie of layers and masks.
