(Share of) Airplane for sale

With the other (Selling my Airplane) thread going full speed, I hesitate
to post this notice, but....
After 12 years of membership in a partnership, I'm selling my 1/5 share
in a nice 1978 Archer II.
A brief overview:
Located KRYY: Cobb County McCollum field (North Atlanta area)
About 4200 Total time. 400 SMOH (with Millenium cylinders)
Complete interior refurb (with new glass all around) in 2005
Garmin GNS-430, 340 Audio with King KX-155 Nav+COM
Single Axis auto pilot with coupler to both nav units
Exterior repainted in 1996. Good, with some clear-coat peeling.
