Can anyone tell me what the market is asking for an owner leasing a C152 to
a flying school. I am committed to buying a C152 which is currently on line at a flying school in Victoria. The current lease arrangement is 50% of the hourly fee charged to pilots for the aircraft hire. It does approx 300hrs per year, Can anyone give me some idea of whether this is the market rate or can I do better. i.e. what should I be charging the flying school for use of my aircraft to be competitive and at least break even yet not price myself out of the market? Confused. |

Choose one or the other (i.e. either break even or price yourself competitively on a leaseback). -------------------- Richard Kaplan, CFII www.flyimc.com |
