ESA Eastern Workshop

After a very successful Workshop last year, the Eastern region of the
Experimental Soaring Association (ESA) (http://www.esoaring.com/ formerly
know as the Sailplane Homebuilders Association) is planning to hold its,
Workshop again this year at Chilhowee Gliderport
(http://www.chilhowee.com/), Tennessee, Friday May 18 to Sunday May 20. We
are soliciting presentations from any and all interested home-built
sailplane enthusiasts (or potential enthusiasts). This year, the ESA is
issuing a special invitation to builders/owners of Schreder HP/RS/RHJ
sailplanes (http://www.soaridaho.com/Schreder) to join our Workshop and to
share their interests and experiences with us. In the past, the ESA group
has enjoyed a wide variety of presentations, ranging from status reports on
ongoing projects, to "how-to" demonstrations, to chalk-talks on theoretical
aspects of design or performance. If you would like to give a presentation
on your favorite topic, contact one of the ESA members listed in the flyer
for this event (preferably before mid-April, so that an agenda can be drawn
up). You are also welcome to just attend and listen (and fly)--send the
