Senator Joe Biden on C-SPAN September 11th pointed out that if the top
1% of the taxpayers in the USA didn't take Bush's tax cut this year the extra money paid into the Treasury in this single year by the top 1% would cover the 87 Billion Bush has just asked for. FWIW the bottom I say again bottom ranking income in that 1% rank is a cool 675,000 bucks. He just squeaked in, I guess. Senator Biden promised he will introduce a bill into the Senate to effect such an action. Walt BJ
