Default PW-5 as the World Class

IGC decided to keep PW-5 as an World Class glider for another four
years.
The next World Class Worlds will take place in 2010 in Slovakia and
2012 in Adolfo Gonzalez Chávez (Argentina) . God bless their wisdom.
