Canadian Plans for Implementing Flight Simulator Training

At the SSA convention in Little Rock, I saw and was very impressed by
Dan Cook's presentation on Canadian Plans for using Flight Simulators
for training (Sat Jan 30 Fulton room, 1:00 - 1:45). I have some
further questions for him, but I can't find any contact information.
If anybody has any way I could reach him, I would appreciate it.
