Hi and welcome. What's the small-airplane situation in Hong Kong? I just
read that all of China is IFR-only, but is planning to create VFR some time. And what's the Latin alphabet spelling of your name? Call me Vincent. "®ö¤H" is just a nickname of mine in other Chinese newsgroups. Actually I dunno much about planes, not to mention small-airplanes. I just found this newsgroup and found that the stuff you guys discussed was very interesting.

The point being made, Vincent, is that most of us seem not to have the
Traditional Chinese font installed, so your name is coming across as a bunch of high-bit ISO8859-1 characters. Stick around and enjoy.
