Default Tows, rides available at the Pleasant Valley Airport again.

I got tired of freezing my assets up in Hood River, Oregon, so I have taken my Pawnee and a 2-32 down to the Pleasant Valley Airport. 8700 Carefree Hwy, Peoria, Arizona, Turf's old location,(P48). Tows and rides will be available until April or maybe later? If you know someone that wants a ride please call 623-566-5960 or if you have any questions feel free to call me at 503-708-8869.

Gary, this sounds like a great Christmas present! It was so sad to see the Turf Soaring go away from the Pleasant Valley after so many years of operation.

I was looking forward to hearing such a good news from Arizona. My 'BravoMike' is based there and I plan to show up for a few days about mid-February to pick it up and tow all the way to Maryland. I will need a BFR before I can take advantage of the Arizona sky and fly.

So, it results I will have a free tow ball (up to 2000 pounds) from Baltimore, MD to Phoenix, AZ. If anyone is interested, please get in touch with me..

Turf's old location? When did they move, where did they go? They were there
three months ago when I was last there.
