Some of the topics from our last seminar included: soaring weather, thermals and thermalling, flight preparation, glider performance and glide calculations, controlled airspace, TDT tasks, flying wave in NZ and PA and Lake Placid, loggers and GPS helpers, "Fly Farther - Go Faster". The fee for the day is $25 for CAS members and $50 for non-members (2004 CAS membership included). Lunch is included as well as refreshments during the morning and afternoon breaks.
