Hi,
Talking to owners of these. Would you buy one again? What one do you own? Pictures? Problems in getting from the factory? Thanks -- ----------------------------------------------- http://www.sgi-extremelinux.com The source of innovation and discoveryTM ----------------------------------------------- |"Flying is learning to throw yourself at the ground, and....miss." | --- Ford Prefect | Dave Boulter | Technology Solutions | Director of Customer Services | ICON | Silicon Graphics | Sydney Australia |Email: |Tel: +61.2.8875.9541 |Fax: +61.2.8875.9484 |

the Mosquito and Glasflugel 304 are both supported by Hansjorg Streifeneder
in Germany. He does a superb job ! These should not be confused with the current 304CZ produced by HpH in the Czech republic. Though the 304CZ is built from most of the original fixtures of the original Glasflugel 304, it is updated and has several changes improving this already great design. HpH has also done a wonderful job producing these gliders (304CZ, 304CZ-17 and 304C) and is in construction now of the 304S, a completely new glider. I hope to have some images up on my website in the next week or 2 of the actual glider in progress. HpH support for their products has been outstanding... I am of course biased :-) tim "Dave Boulter" wrote in message ... Hi, Talking to owners of these. Would you buy one again? What one do you own? Pictures? Problems in getting from the factory? Yes, I would buy one again. Easy handling-not tiring to fly, good performance, definitely a notch down from the Ventus I flew, but still goes. I needed a couple parts and obtained them easily from Germany. Gel coat on mine is still in good shape. This is my second ship with trailing edge dive brake/flap combination which makes for easy approaches and slow landings. Inexpensive (low 20s w/ok trailer). Best thing about it? I talked to the former owner and he's missing it. Sorry Bob ;-) Shawn |
