Hi
I've had no trouble. I view the group through giganews too - using their vyprvpn. If you use their VPN as well, try your nntp connection without it. The vpn servers use their own DNS servers. You might need to switch your vpn DNS to a different one. I've had fantastic experiences with vyprvpn tech support. Give them a try if needed.
