Default Stupid question: Where is this?

The cover of Ben Folds' new album is an airport... looks like a biggie.
Can anyone figure out where this is? It very well might be in
Australia.

Stupid question. The fun, I suppose, is in finding out if anyone
actually knows for sure.

You certainly are optimistic. That photo doesn't offer very much
context. Even an aerial view of an airport can be hard to identify, but a
shot out the concourse window, showing just some seats and some pavement?
Good luck! We don't even know when the photo was taken.

For someone who really wants to know the answer, I'd suggest looking at the
photo credit on the album (which I don't have yet, otherwise I'd look
myself), and then trying to get in touch with the photographer (or copyright
holder, if the photo actually came from a stock photo service, which
sometimes happens).

Are you kidding me? Hand this over to the ******s at airliners.net, or
perhaps a frequent flyer forum like FlyerTalk. If it is recent I wouldn't be
the least bit surprised if someone can ID it.

If you think that outcome is so likely, feel free to do so.

Regardless, I fail to see any sort of justified contradiction of anything I
wrote. No, I'm not kidding you (nor the original poster), nor did you write
anything that could suggest otherwise.
