It was brought up quite a while back. The plane was not at the end of the runway, it still had room left. It was not hanging over the road per se the runway actually crosses the road with the interstate (main spur into the base) going under the runway. The aircraft actually was centered on the runway and the pilot was not overhanging the road. The picture is an optical illusion the runway actually continues to the left (displace threshold for runoff/taxiing only no touchdowns). John
