I'm not having any luck locating a new master switch for my '74 Archer, PN
99377-05 / 8911k619. I've got an intermittently bouncing amp meter and suspect the old master is the culprit. |

That was the problem on my Cessna. I came across it quite by accident. I
had tried everything else to solve. That year Cessna used a single throw - double pole pull switch. My ammeter started swinging and when I went to touch the master it stopped. I found that I could start and stop the wild swinging by slight rotational pressure on the switch. ------------- Regards, Ross C-172F 180HP KSWI Mike Noel wrote: I'm not having any luck locating a new master switch for my '74 Archer, PN 99377-05 / 8911k619. Get the number off of it and check with Maule Air. They use a lot of the same parts, and they use a split master switch. I always found their prices to be very reasonable for aircraft parts.
