Iowa City Tornado Photos

I finally got 'round to uploading these pix to our website.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get any aerial shots until after most
of the storm debris had been picked up -- so the aerial photos are
mostly "blue tarps on the roofs" pictures. But some of them turned out
okay.

The power of these storms was just astounding. It's hard to believe I
can write about "perfect VFR weather" in the same skies that were torn
asunder just a few days ago... It's almost like a different planet!

Wow. I've been through the eye of 3 hurricanes (Frances, Jeanne,
Wilma) in the past two years, and the damage was very similar to what
you showed. Amazing the damage those tornados can do too! Glad to
hear you guys made it through ok.
