Firewalls blocking OLC uploads?

We got a report from an OLC user who was having trouble uploading files
to OLC. He traces the problem to the AOL firewall on his system. Here
is his report:

"I found it, it is because of a AOL firewall that comes on blocking the
upload to the OLC. AOL doesn't tell me it is doing it, and I had no
idea. I disabled all the firewalls, and the upload works. The aol
firewalls come on whenever I power up the computer."

If you are having trouble with OLC uploads, try disabling whatever
firewall software you may be running. You may have installed a
stand-alone product like "Black Ice" or it may be part of a package
from your Internet Service Provider such as AOL, MSN, Earthlink, etc.
