It was made in St-Raymond Quebec Canada home of the Quebec gliding
club.

Oh, something like:

Doh! Googling, I found websites with full lyrics, inc. in English.
FWIW, my ear heard "...souffle d'art" instead of "...souffle d'or" in
the first verse (art vs. gold). The duet song appears to be from a 2005
album by Celine entitled "On Ne Change Pas" (~ We don't change). I saw
a reference to the same tune, however, on a 2000 Garou solo album.

That's great. Could have done with more air to air and less of the

'High Flight' says it all better and more succinctly.

That must have been a very, very cheap video to shoot. A glider and
chase-plane for a day, maybe two, a room draped in gauze, and
off-the-rack black clothing. 10K maybe?
