WE had an election in Wichita Tuesday also, a 10% turn out,

He's not all that popular here, though he's done a better job (massive
exception for Meigs) than several predecessors. The main problem is to find a credible opponent who would be willing to run against him. Most opponents just play the race card and have no other obvious credentials for the job.
