Look at this thing caught in flight.
Google Earth or Google Maps coordinates: 38º13'36.36"N, 112º17'56.59"W It look like a cruise missile but the wings are much shorter Any idea? |

Looks like any number of commercial rear mounted twin jet layouts to me. The wings have a different paint job from the rest of the body and kind of blend in with the background. The leading edge of the wings is clearly there, being a darker uniform stripe against the background. Spots in the background are about the same shade but roundish. I've not convinved myself yet (and am tired of looking) if the wings are really that narrow or if a slightly different color tone or lighting is blending them into the background better. |
