If you post in yEnc (which this appears to be) you are required to put yEnc
in the subject line. This allows viewers that are not able/do not wish to
download them to filter them out.

I'm using OE & yProxy, http://www.yproxy.com/45fa82be/, to decode these
type of posts on-the-fly but it's absolutely useless unless you include the
text " yenc ", sans quotes, in the subject line. I'm sure as hell not going
back to doing it manually.
