I put up a page to get newcomers acquainted with the Mid-Atlantic Soaring
Association, home of Region 4 North. A list of registered competitors is
included (current as of 1 Sept 07). Introduction to R4N racing is
incomplete, but if we wait for me to get it done, it may be sometime next
year...

This year's R4N will run from October 7th through the 13th. Saturday October
6th is the practice day. Last year's contest had five racing days, with
winning speeds increasing throughout the week from just below stall speed to
nearly 70mph (dry). We've had winning speeds of more than 100mph on ridge
days, so come join us for the last race of the season.
