At Kennedy Space Center in Florida there's a memorial to all the astronauts
who have died over the years. Disconcertingly, they've left an area at the
bottom to add further names in years to come.

People will continue to die in space travel the way
they continue to die in air travel. I can see why they
left space for new additions.
