I'm not able to establish communication with my lx7007 pro igc from my
computer, a MacPro G5 running window XP trought bootcamp. The computer see the usb to serial adaptor but the lx as well as the computer shown NO RESPONSE ???? Thanks |

Rejean,
I assume you are trying to run the LXe software on your G5? I suggest using the Control Panel to find out what serial port your USB/Serial adapter is creating (e.g. COMM5, COMM6, etc). Next, when you start LXe, there should be a menu that lets you specify which COMM port. Have you connected this LX7007 to a PC before, or is this your first time? (Are you following the LX7007 manual's instructions for using the TRANSFER | PC PORT menu?) -ted |
