LXE installation XP, strict user permissions.

Hi!

I'm trying to install LXE. The problem is, that we have a strict user
management on our club-pc. Administrator account and a user account with
normal user right...

Installing LXE with the user-account isn't possible.
Installing LXE from administrator account is possible, but the normal user
can't use it: "Can't copy DB..." ? message.

Does anybody know how to get this working, without the stupid
M$-everybody-is-administrator-policy?
