Default unidentified prop

Does anyone know who might have manufactured a prop with the following #'s:

A 22260 Y
72 A 43
TC 802
PC 406

There is no manufacturer stamped on the prop.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Heino

TC 802 - Type Certificate 802 is listed as the Flottrop Manufacturing
Company, all wood propellers. PC 406 is a production certificate.
72 A 43 refers to the 72" blade length (that type certificate has 69,
72 and 74" blades), the 43 is most likely the blade pitch. It's
in the correct range.

The top number is most likely the serial number, again it's in the
right range for their props. My guess is that it's from the late
40's. The A cofuses me though it's not on the list of proper models.

By the way Flottrop seems to have been piced up by Univair. The
72A43 was a prop for the Conteintal A and C -series engines and
used on things like Piper Cubs and Aeroncas.

This is the obsolete prop listing for Propellors. The Type Certificate is presently held by Tarver. I believe the A goes with the 72 or model 72A and it is rated at 90 HP at 2650 continuous

NOTE 3.
Bolt holes may be counter-drilled for mounting on hub flange having bolt-hole bushings.
NOTE 4.
The letter "D" following the pitch number in the model designation indicates that the propeller is fabricated from 1/16" laminations.
NOTE 5.
The letter "E" following the pitch number in the model designation indicates that the propeller is fabricated from 1/8" laminations.
NOTE 6.
The prefix "F" to the model number designates that the propeller has a reinforced plastic leading edge, and no metal tipping.
NOTE 7.
The letter "Y" or "Z" following the propeller serial number indicates that the propeller is plastic covered.
