The IO-360-A3B6 on my Mooney seems to be lossing pressure. 5 years ago
it would show 25 to 30 lbs of fuel in cruise. Now I"m getting 20 lbs (steady, not bouncing), it also drops down to about 15 after shutting off the electric pump for about 1 second. These values are all within the green range but I"m wondering if I should send it out at annual. Any suggestions on where to send it? What should I expect to pay?? -Robert |

Don't know, but before you send it anywhere, check your gauge against a known good gauge. |

I aint sure about Mooneys, but I have a 75 Arrow, with the non turbo IO-360C1C. My FP gauge always hangs around 14-15 or so. Never see 20, 30 etc. Doesnt matter if the booster is on or not. I concur re checking the gauge.
