Hey Guys,

Something like this:

Tach = 2350.1, Hobbs = 732.5.
Changed oil filter and engine oil. Seviced with 8 quarts of Aeroshell
100WPlus.
Ran engine and checked for leaks, none found. Cut and inspected the oil
filter
and no was metal found. Returned to service.
Your Signature, pilot cert type and number, date.

I would add
"replaced filter with Campion CH4800, oil sample taken".
Also, legally in order to change the order you *MUST* have the service
manual there. Some say it must be turned to the correct page, others
say you may stand on it.

You must also check to make sure there are no ADs associated with the
oil/filter change. Some aircraft do! Mine does. So you might have to comply
with an AD.

Stating that you have to have the service manual at hand while you
change oil is a ridiculous statement.
