Looking forward to seeing them in the Darwin Awards in the near future.
Hope all is well. HECTOP wrote: Missed me, eh? Just got permission from my friends to publish this video of them (stupid idiots!) buzing a highway just outside of Moscow, Russia in a PZL Wilga-35 along with their wives(!) on the backseat ![]() http://hectop.livejournal.com/281702.html |

I can't believe you sent this video to YouTube instead of us! Since you've been gone, our hotel site has grown into the largest collection of aviation videos on the internet, with over 300 of them. See http://www.alexisparkinn.com/aviation_videos.htm Your friend's video would make an excellent addition to the site, as an example of what NOT to do. How large is the file? -- Jay Honeck Iowa City, IA Pathfinder N56993 www.AlexisParkInn.com "Your Aviation Destination" |

(a nod to our resident troll) Just got the email about the East River (NYC) TFR. We all knew it was coming, right? As tragic as the loss of two lives was, unfortunately every time something like this happens we all look like idiots. All over something that was completely preventable. |

They didn't even kill anyone but themselves, and GA is STILL in the wrong. How does that happen? |

Marco I guess my point was that they didn't even kill anyone who wasn't in the plane and everyone's still screaming about how dangerous GA is. This is going to come out wrong, but as long as we just kill ourselves, why does the general population even care? Hell, drunk drivers probably kill more bystanders in one week than GA does in a decade. |

Doing something dumb in a car doesn't have the same potential consequences (normally) as doing something dumb in an airplane. |

I'm wondering if there is any data of aircraft crashes that killed people on the ground compared to accidents that killed passenger and crew only. |
