Not totally extinct, this station is still in operation in Milwaukie,
outside Portland, Oregon. My dad used to stop here for gas every time we went to my Grandfather's house to visit. Rob |

Pretty small gas station for 19 people to work in, no? I visited it in 1961, on a family trip from the Midwest through the Northwest and crawled around inside the bomber. It was pretty well gutted, but I understand that it has been taken down and either is being restored or is restored to flying status. |
